Human resources

The module Human resources is the most basic module of the L’MIS information system. This module offers overview and editing of the personnel records. This data is also used in all the other modules.

The module enables the users to view the results of various statistical operations (average age, educational structure, …) and review pending contracts (data is entered directly into a contract form). Data is divided into three main sections, which are displayed in three tabs:

Basic information

This tab includes all the basic information about the employees: Id (consecutive entry number) and personal data (includes address and other contact information, birth information, PIN and tax code). Furthermore, this tab also displays administrative rights (functions and permissions in the L’MIS system) and a picture.

Additional information

This tab enables the user to review and edit information about the employment relationship: Start (and end) of the employment, post classification and contract type. There is also some information about the education (degree, type) and additional training or knowledge (proficiency exams, foreign languages, …). We also added a subsection about the employee’s vehicle to simplify the creation of travel orders.

Borrowed items

This tab serves for keeping records of items, borrowed by the employees. Users with appropriate permissions can enter the date of borrowing, a short description of the item and the return date.
